What is the return policy on customized items?

Customized items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the customization details are correct.

No cancellation nor alteration may be made once a customized order has been placed. It is not possible to request customization for items after an order has been placed or delivered.

What is the return policy on non-customized items?

For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially. Living Legacy the Brand .com refunds within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached.

What are the terms and conditions of a return?

All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact us.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

How do I go about returning an item?

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.

The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

What's the process to get a customized shoe?

We are selling a customization SERVICE. Please email us to learn more about getting a shoe customized.

What shoe options are there?

While completing the customized shoe inquiry, you will indicate which shoe you're interested in having customized. A sourcing fee has been included for our team to source the base shoes in the size selected on your order.

If you would like to provide the pairs of soles to be used for the customization service, please email info and we will refund the sourcing fee from your order.

How much do customized shoes cost?

Once you complete the inquiry, a member of our team will look over your request and provide you with an estimate of pricing.

What is the delivery timeline for a customized shoe?

Turnaround time is 8 - 12 weeks from when the order is received. Expedited orders are available for a rush fee, please email info to inquire.
